Fitness Classes, Programs, and Drop-In Sports
At SMUfit we offer Group Fitness Classes, a Pilates Studio, Registered Programs, and Drop-In Sports to the people of Halifax, SMU students and SMU staff.

SMUfit Pilates boasts a fully equipped Pilates studio in the heart of the south end of Halifax. Our studios consist of two rooms: one housing 6 SPX Max Pilates Reformers and 6 split-pedal stability chairs.
